MINNEAPOLIS – Everidge, a manufacturer of walk-in coolers and freezers and other refrigerated solutions, has named Peter Trebuschnoj as its vice president of operations. Trebuschnoj will play a key role in the leadership team at Everidge, helping lead all four brands — CrownTonka, ThermalRite, ICS and LoTemp Doors — in strategic operational development.
“Peter’s achievements demonstrate his ability to dig deep into the manufacturing details as well as see the big, strategic picture in order to facilitate operational success,” said Mike Kahler, Everidge president and COO. “His communication style is energetic, proactive and approachable — making him a great fit at Everidge.”
After landing a coveted apprenticeship with Siemens AG in Berlin, Germany, Trebuschnoj leveraged his world-class industrial business management education to provide operational efficiency and uncompromised quality during his 21-year career in industrial manufacturing environments. His most recent tenure was at Meridian Manufacturing, directing their U.S. operations.
“I have a true passion for coaching people to grow and leading operations to improve,” said Trebuschnoj. “I’m excited to help drive continued progress with the Everidge team.”
