The Everidge APEX Consultant Event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 21st, 2025, at the Rancho Cucamonga factory. This event, also known as Accredited, Professional Education for eXtroadinary Consultants, is designed to provide interactive, hands-on training and discussions for consultants and rep partners. The goal is to educate participants on everything related to walk-in coolers, freezers, and blast chillers, while fostering collaboration and discussion with Everidge's Customer Experience team to ensure mutual success.
The event will kick off with a drinks and then dinner starting at 6:30pm on Tuesday, May 20th at the Porter's Prime Steak House located in the DoubleTree Ontario. The training event on Wednesday will run from 8:00am to 1:30pm, featuring one-hour sessions staggered based on the number of participants in Groups A and B. Breakfast and lunch will be included.
Everidge will cover airfare, lodging, and meals for attendees. Participants will also have the opportunity to earn 3 CEU credits through various activities, including a tour of the Rancho Cucamonga panel plant.

Airfare:
Everidge will cover airfare to and from the event.
Lodging:
Hotel’s check in time 3:00pm & check out at 12:00pm.
Accommodations will be provided for one standard room per person for the night of May 20, 2025.
Ground Transportation:
Guests will be responsible for arranging ground transportation to and from the hotel. DoubleTree offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the Ontario International Airport.
Onsite Parking Fees:
Overnight guest parking is $18.00 per night plus a $1.75 city parking tax. For guests attending a day meeting, parking is complimentary.
