In-fitting hinged doors
LoTemp in-fitting hinged cooler/freezer doors are suitable for personnel passage and hand cart traffic, while double doors may be specified for applications where high-volume pallet truck and load hauling equipment is used. Doors feature single-leaf and double-leaf configurations with an assortment of hardware options. In-fitting hinged cooler/freezer doors are adaptable to interior and exterior requirements.

- Clad with 26 ga. white stucco embossed steel interior and exterior over a vinyl frame with reinforced mitered corners
- Insulated with a minimum of 4” R32, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane foam insulation
- Wood-free design with the use of white heavy duty High-Density Polyethylene Extrusion (HDPE) structural frame for header, casings, jambs, and mirror image backframes.
- HDPE is a maintenance-free solution that provides exceptional resistance to moisture, fading, insects, splintering, and warping.
- Consistent density and zero voids eliminate bacteria, molds, and fungus growth and create a strong durable frame.
- The strength, durability, and overall appearance of HDPE mean no additional steel cladding of the frame is required.
- Adjustable bottom door sweep
- Bottom sweep has a slotted track to allow a ½” adjustment up or down.
- Door and floor are required to be level, adjustable sweep can aid in ensuring a proper seal is achieved at the bottom of the door.
- Heater cables (Freezer models only)
- In-fitting hinged freezer doors feature full-perimeter heater cables in the frame and bottom of the door sweep, ready for connection to a 120V/60Hz, single-phase AC line.
- The heat in the bottom door sweep creates a warm “chamber” under the door which eliminates the need for in-floor heaters.
