March 24, 2020

Everidge Coronavirus Update:

At Everidge, we take our role in the communities we serve very seriously. As a “Critical Manufacturing Sector” designated by the Department of Homeland Security, we are committed to staying open and continuing operations to supply you with the products you need.

All our manufacturing facilities including: Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Greenville, TN; Winnebago, MN; Andover, KS; Covesville, VA; are working at normal capacities without any disruptions. We are in a fortunate position with multiple factories with flexibility to transition production from one facility to another if the need arises.

Our supply channels are strong, and we do not foresee any business interruptions caused by shortages of materials at this time.

Everidge as a supplier of cold storage solutions for supermarkets and grocery stores, convenience and discount stores, medical and scientific facilities, and emergency relief; is part of the critical infrastructure imperative during the response to the Coronavirus for both public health and safety as well as community well-being.

Everidge Operational Status:

We have implemented numerous hygienic improvements at all our facilities to help prevent the spread of any virus (such as frequent cleaning and disinfecting of high use areas, staggering shifts and more).

All employees at our facilities are being monitored for symptoms of infection. If any infection is suspected, plans are in place to assess the level of impact and take appropriate actions to quarantine the infected personnel.

Everidge Administration Status:

We have implemented remote officing for our Plymouth corporate headquarters for >90% of our office staff. We anticipate minimal disruptions to our quote turnaround and orders.
All non-essential and international travel has been suspended until further notice. We will not allow outside visitors to our facilities until further notice. Essential meetings will be conducted virtually.

With respect to Covid-19, the Shelter in Place/Stay at Home order requires all vulnerable populations to stay at home. Everyone else is required to stay at home except to get food, care for a relative or friend, get necessary health care, or go to an essential job.

Critical Infrastructure Sectors:

There are 16 critical infrastructure sectors whose assets, systems, and networks, whether physical or virtual, are considered so vital to the United States that their incapacitation or destruction would have a debilitating effect on security, national economic security, national public health or safety, or any combination thereof.
