TRAVEL | LOGISTICS

Please see details below for arranging airfare, lodging, and ground transportation.

Airfare:
All attendees will be responsible for arranging their own airfare. Everidge will not be responsible for airfare. Please schedule arrival and departure flights accordingly to the agenda above.

Lodging:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Marriott Downtown Knoxville for specified event dates – February 26-28, 2024. Everidge will be arranging lodging for all registered attendees based on event registrations and will be covering room and tax only. Incidentials and any room charges will be the attendee’s responsibility. For guests wishing to extend their stay in Knoxville, additional night fees will become attendee’s responsibility. Register by Friday, February 9, 2024, to secure a room. Hotel accommodations will be based on room availability unless specified upon registration.

Ground Transportation:
All guests will be responsible for arranging ground transportation to and from the Marriott Downtown Knoxville.

Everidge will provide ground transportation for plant tours in Greeneville and the group’s visit to Gatlinburg on Tuesday, February 27th.

Parking & Directions:
Valet parking is available at the Marriott Downtown Knoxville for $35/night. Everidge will not be responsible for rental cars or valet parking.
