LOTEMP PRODUCTS
Single-Slide Doors
Ideal for locations where space restricts use of swing doors, these single slide doors slide easily to one of the door opening. Single sliding doors provide access for personnel and load handling traffic, where space restricts the use of hinged, swing doors or where installation space is limited.
Bi-Part Slide Doors
LoTemp bi-part slide doors open with a center seperation, splitting to allow easy entry of materials, personnel, and truck traffic. These doors are appropriate for installations where there is high volume fork lift, pallet truck, and load handling equipment traffic. Bi-part sliding doors provide single door access for personnel or double door access for loading handling traffic.
- Available in sizes up to and including 12”0’ width in clear and 12’0” height in clear.
Single Vertical Slide Doors
Vertical lift doors perfectly suit applications with limited side-slide space, typically the case in refrigerated loading docks and narrow corridors where openings are close together and there is ample ceiling height. Standard features of LoTemp vertical lift doors include:
- 3” heavy duty corrosion resistant door tract pre-mounted on vertical casings for easy installation.
- 3” sealed nylon track rollers provide quiet, smooth operation.
- Dual torsion spring counterbalance system.
- Dual torsion spring with 1” solid shaft and heavy duty end bearings pre-mounted on header for easy installation.
- 3/16” corrosion resistant aircraft steel cable for superior lifting strength
- Pre-wired control box on power operated doors for convenient wall mounting
Infitting Hinged Doors
LoTemp infitting hinged swing doors are ideal where space allows for the door(s) to swing into an adjacent area. Single doors are suitable for personnel passage and hand cart traffic, whilst double doors may be specified for applications where high volume pallet truck and load handling equipment is used.
- No wood construction, incorporating HDPE for face frame, jambs, and mirror image back frames.
- Freezer doors are equipped with integral 115V heaters on three sides of the frame and bottom of the door panel, eliminating the need for in-floor heaters.
- Available in standard sizes up to and including 5’0” width in clear x 8’0” height in clear.
Replacement Doors
Everidge will replace your existing door, complete with a retro-fit door and frame that is installed over your existing door frame. Installation is quick and easy.
